I am glad there are more people sharing their stories about pencils. I wish more people would. I sometimes wonder what our customers would think if they knew half the shit we are supposed to do to get their money. I mean, we (the associates) are the ones responsible for relationswith the customers. We are the ones who know them by name. We are their friends (sometimes). I would love to inform them of the psychological warfare we are supposed to inflict on them to sell them ESP. Anyway keep it up mitch, mr.a, and everyone else!
